About StreamBase Developer and Enterprise Editions

A trial of the Developer Edition is available for free download. See the table below for a comparison of the Developer Edition and the Enterprise Edition. If you are currently using the StreamBase Enterprise Edition, do not install this trial Developer Edition as it will replace your Enterprise Edition.

Existing Developer Edition users: Are you interested in evaluating production-level performance? Contact us for information about obtaining an evaluation copy of the Enterprise Edition from a StreamBase representative.

Performance Note

StreamBase Enterprise Edition is the industry's fastest stream processing engine, benchmarked at greater than 500,000 messages per second per CPU with real world applications. Please note that StreamBase Developer Edition is an interactive application development environment and is not configured for high performance. If you need to measure the performance of a StreamBase application, please contact us.

Developer Edition kits are 32-bit versions. The Linux kit requires a 32-bit version of Linux.
